PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our Signature Barcelona rug captures the convergence of two dominant and contrasting urban patterns found in this city. Here, the cramped and chaotic Gothic Quarter meets the sprawling grid Barcelona’s modern expansion. This expanded area of Barcelona - “L’Eixample” - is defined by a regular pattern of city blocks with chamfered corners and large central courtyards.
The Signature rug is tufted at multiple cut pile heights with 100% New Zealand wool, then hand-carved to give the urban pattern a plush, 3D relief texture. The deep ‘Sunset Orange’ colorway of our Barcelona rug evokes the warmth of Barcelona’s climate, culture and cuisine.
